The mod Mi Ayam stall is helmed by two passionate noodle enthusiasts, Chef Daniel Tay (Cats & The fiddle) & Kelvin Chua (Tenderfresh). What sets the noodle centric menu from the rest is that apart from providing the standard Mi Ayam (using kecap manis & sambal), the menu also offers Mee Bagus which is much closer to the local bak chor mee style with their special sambal mix.
