9 SEDAPLICIOUS FOOD STALL COOKING UP A STORM AT THE NEW COFFEESHOP CONCEPT.
Singapore, 28th Dec 2020- Tenderfresh Group is teaming up with Kimly Group, one of the largest traditional coffee shop operators in Singapore to develop Kedai Kopi, a new coffeeshop concept poised to deliver an unique and diverse dining experience to foodies residing in the western suburb of Singapore.
Spanning approximately 5000 sq ft with up to 204 seatings, Kedai Kopi provides an array of dining options to choose from at an affordable value. The mission is to provide quality, convenience, and a fun environment for all to enjoy and escape from the grind of the day.
Kedai Kopi consist of 9 crave-worthy stalls which serves up a blend of familiar flavours with contemporary twists; concocting an experience set to whet appetites. From classic delights to modern recipes, the delectable range that Kedai Kopi has to offer is sure to suit palates of all ages.
Stall 1: Istimewa Nasi Padang
Synonymous to the area of Bukit Merah, Istimewa Nasi Padang has been serving their mouth watering authentic home style cooking since 1989. Istimewa Nasi Padang was started with the passion for cooking authentic malay cuisines by a husband and wife team over 30 years ago with the mission of serving the best home style cooked food to everybody. Over the years, Mr Kamarolzaman and Mdm Hasni have perfectioned their recipe and are now known for their signature dishes such as Ayam Goreng Istimewa, Beef Rendang, Sotong Sambal, Sambal Belacan and of course their award winning Nasi Ambeng Platters & Nasi Padang. Istimewa Nasi Padang is 100% Muslim owned

Stall 2 : Mr Teh Tarik
Mr Teh Tarik first started out in 2004 as a kiosk in the heart of Far East Square with the mission to bring the people great tea and coffee (‘tarik-ed’, of course) as an instant perk-me-up before you head on to the office for a day’s work, or as a mid-day refreshments! While they are more well known for drinks, they also whip up a delicious mamak food like roti john, nasi biryani and Indian rojak in their many stalls across the island.

Stall 3: Tenderbest
Established since 1993,Tenderbest is a halal food kiosk concept that offers a wide selection of delicious Western food and Tenderfresh signature Fried & Roasted Chicken at unbelievably affordable rates and is sure to satisfy any diner. Currently there are 17 outlets across Singapore.

Stall 4: Hawkerman Street Kitchen
Hawkerman™ is a collection of curated and authentic heritage recipes representing Singapore’s Hawker fares with the combined history of more than 130 years. The halal restaurant chain currently have 3 stores in Singapore and in this new kiosk concept, they will continue to showcase their signature Hokkien mee that have won them many fans around Singapore.

Stall 5 : Banana Grill
The signature seafood fried rice is cooked in teppanyaki style and wrapped in banana leaf to ensure a luscious aroma worth salivating for. Guest could also choose from a variety of fresh seafood that they could choose to be prepared in difference sauce and style.

Stall 6: Mee Bagus
The mod Mi Ayam stall is helmed by two passionate noodle enthusiasts, Chef Daniel Tay (Cats & The fiddle) & Kelvin Chua (Tenderfresh). What sets the noodle centric menu from the rest is that apart from providing the standard Mi Ayam (using kecap manis & sambal), the menu also offers Mee Bagus which is much closer to the local bak chor mee style with their special sambal mix. There are also quirky creations like Volcano Ayam served as ramen style.

Stall 7: 380 Nasi Lemak
From the team behind Nasi Coco (formerly West Coast) who are nuts about all things coconut, they are collaborating with Tenderfresh Group to develop a whole new nasi lemak menu including Shrimp Paste Chicken, Mak Spicy Chicken Cutlet and of course their signature fluffy coconut rice and sambal chilli.

Stall 8 : Joy Satay
Wilson Lim has been serving up his smoke-kissed with charred edges satays at Tamah Jurong for many years and winning many guests’ hearts (and tummy). The menu will also includes BBQ prawns, otah & rojaks. Joy Satay is in the process of application for halal certificate.
Signature Dish: Char-grilled satay
Stall 9 : Kedai Kopi
Apart from the usual teh tarik, kopi & Milo Godzilla for the lepak session, the menu also includes 2 litre Milo Tower, roasted Oolong tea creations like Candy Dragon, Gui Fei Oolong and also a giant 500ml Yakult based Bandung called Bandung Grenade.
The usual breakfast set also includes Japanese’s style Onsen Egg as an option, which is unusual for coffeeshop in the heartland.

Kedai Kopi is a Muslim-friendly coffeeshop and do not serve alcoholic beverages.
